Young Talent Professional Development Programs

Gen Y grew up surfing the Internet, watching startups rise and fall, interning in a global workforce and rejecting any boundaries to communication. As a result, they have a different view of work and how they fit into a corporate culture historically guided by hierarchical structures. Erica has a gift for teaching this generation how to make the most of their unique talents, approaches and ambition while continuing to respect and work alongside—and often lead—other generations.

Your Gen Y and emerging professional audience leaves Erica’s talent development program able to:

  • Value the unique perspective they bring to the workplace and use it to their advantage without alienating those who have a different mindset
  • Capitalize on every generation, especially those with more work and life experience and learn how to bring all points of view to bear on a project
  • Grow the practical skills and real-world tools necessary to lead different generations—including those that came before them

Erica’s 4-part program could be delivered as a one-day training, a 4-part series, or a one-off workshop for your orientation, retreat, or professional development series.

This program is ideal for: analyst/associate orientations, seminars, events, young professional development conferences and retreats.
